This building was designed as part of the over all redevelopment of the main beach area at Goderich Harbour. The building incorporates washroom facilities, barrier-free family washroom and a concession space for tenant partners. The building was designed to evoke the heritage nature of the area, to link with established buildings on the waterfront and serve as a gateway to the south pier.
